I used to be ashamed of my body, not wanting to go anywhere without a shirt on and stuff like that. Then one day I decided thinking like that was stupid, so I stopped. That was a while before I got my diabetes diagnosis and really started working on my health, so I was even bigger back then.
I probably should have started something like this sooner, I’m sure there’s quite a bit of difference between now and when I started, considering I’ve lost at least 4kg just the last two months. That might not sound like much, but it’s a big victory to me, considering it took over a year to lose the previous ~6kg. Will be interesting to see if there’s any noticeable difference as time goes on.
